Training Tips

As many as 350 teachers working in 62 institutions in this Godganj upazila have received training in various subjects and they are playing a significant role in improving the quality of education in the students of their respective institutions. With the introduction of new topics in the present day, the present government is taking necessary measures to train the teachers, as the teacher Teacher Curriculum Guide, by taking the training on new subjects, they are working on the merit of the students in the class room at their self-government. There is a need to provide more specialized training in secondary and college level. Many institutions currently have no electricity connection at the secondary level. Due to lack of electricity connection system, multimedia classes and content can not be created in a number of organizations. At the secondary level, there is a need to increase the laboratory equipment in schools and colleges. In-house training can be arranged at the institution level. Above all, education management at the secondary level will be more dynamic and modernized.
